I have spent the better part of the past decade developing a network of relationships that better enables me to serve my clients. I have benefited from an assortment of excellent mentors who have instilled in me an understanding of the critical role played by high quality personal service in the real estate market. I strive to everyday build upon these professional relationships, whether that entails reaching out to an old client or attending a seminar that teaches me a new skill. What is the most exciting part of your job?
I most enjoy partnering with my clients, providing them with the guidance necessary to making well-informed decisions, and ultimately sharing in those joyous moments when their dreams have come to fruition. For many people, purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions they will ever make. I do more than merely connect people to properties. Real estate is—and has always been—one of the best ways to preserve and develop wealth. As a broker, I not only work to secure my clients’ dream homes, but also provide them with the sort of expert financial planning critical to these life-altering decisions.
Tell us about a shining moment in your professional career.
By far my proudest accomplishment is the amazing team that my partner, Mark Griffith, and I have built over our many years together. This team, comprised of six stalwart agents, each of whom uniquely contributes to a diverse collection of skills, allows us to seamlessly assist our clients in New York, the Hamptons, and South Florida.
What advice would you give to someone looking to buy in your area?
Clients often ask me when the best time is to buy and my answer never changes—yesterday! The unique nature of today’s market, combined with interest rates dipping to historic lows, makes for an ideal investment climate. Prices are rising, and all signs point to this trend continuing into the immediate future. If you find a property you love, feel confident in moving forward—but always do so with careful planning, in-depth research, and trusted advice.
